We are happy to see your patients for genetic counseling and/or genetic testing. Dena can serve as a resource for any genetics questions you may have as well. Please contact us if you are a new referring provider and would like to learn more about how we can work together. We will send you a new provider packet and the number for the private text line.

Please note: Due to state licensure laws, we can only accept patients who will physically be in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas or West Virginia at the time of the visit.
